20 Jan 2009 - normal school day

Hi everyone. I am nearing the end of my blogging stint for homework purposes, so I hope you guys have enjoyed my posts. Well, today wasn't out of the ordinary but it still is something to blog about. The day started with me dragging myself out of my bed again, only this time, I wasn't feeling drowsy by the time I got to the bathroom. After packing my bag, I headed for school in earnest, hoping to find Jonathon and his device for our math project ready before me. I was quite shocked to see that his was seat empty when I reached the classroom. As unexpected as it was, I had to call off the measurement of the school crest. After briefly explaining to Haziq that Jonathon had not come and we couldn't measure it today, he shrugged his shoulders and headed off for the parade square. Later, we had our morning assembly and following that, we returned to our classrooms. OK, so that's not out of the ordinary. There actually wasn't any particular event that was striking, apart from the fact that we couldn't get our measurements.

Later on after school, I joined the class deco team until 3.30 to help them prepare some decorations. I say prepare because I didn't actually put up the items for decoation. After that, I headed home and got myself changed up. I practiced my violin for about an hour(seeing that I'm still a little rusty since the RSP orientation camp). There's still tonight for today, but I think this will have to do for now. I'll be back soon to finish this up. All the best everyone!

Ps: I never quite managed to get a matching photo or song for any specific posts, but I've embedded this video for this post as a little something to add flavor. Its about this guy called Greg Patillo who beatboxes and plays the flute. Impressive, huh?
